Join the Wakanda Dream Lab @ Betti Ono for #BlackFreedomBeyondBorders A Night of  Interactive Storytelling with Augmented Reality on First Friday, Nov 1st from 6-9pm and a bonus date Friday Nov 8 , 6-9pm with special invited guests the Afro-Tech community!In our interactive panel and workshop, we invite the Wakanda Fandom to become worldbuilders of Black Futures and Freedom! We will bring the Wakandra Dream Lab to life through verbal, visual and virtual storytelling from contributors of the Black Freedom Beyond Borders anthology series.Ever imagined what it would be like to write yourself into the World of Wakanda?  Maybe you have dreamed of how freedom stories would feel in an afrofuturist landscape? Or perhaps you have already written these stories and are interested in bringing them to life as an immersive installation with augmented reality?Over the past 2 years, Wakanda Dream Lab (a collective afrofuturist project of the creative design lab - Intelligent Mischief) has been asking these same design questions and we invite the Wakanda Fandom to become worldbuilders of Black Futures and Freedom!We have produced 2 speculative fan fiction anthologies to create immersive, visionary stories that imagine Black Freedom Beyond Borders.
